Job summary

NIS EXPRESS in Hammond, LA, is hiring drivers for a route that stays east of Denver and avoids the Northeast. New CDL holders receive over‑the‑road training and a guaranteed floor once solo, with home time every two weeks.

Pay includes a weekly gross of $1,200–$1,800 depending on experience, plus $1,000 weekly guaranteed pay for the first 3 months after first solo dispatch, stop pay, and a monthly bonus. Benefits start after 30 days, with 401(k) and PTO, and orientation pay provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
• New CDL holders: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school.
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years.
• Valid license in your current state of residence and verifiable work history for the past 3 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years, no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years, no DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years.
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing.
