J Rose Enterprises is seeking a CDL-A Driver Mentor to train the next generation of truck drivers. You will be paid for every mile driven, with an emphasis on safety and leadership, and you’ll work to build a steady stream of qualified, confident drivers.

In this on-going mentor position, expect structured training, regular bonuses at milestones, and opportunities to maximize earnings through productive miles and student support. Living within 90 miles of Dallas is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 3+ months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
• Residence within 90 miles of Dallas.
• Willingness to travel and work Over-the-Road (OTR).
• Professional demeanor and desire to coach new drivers.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train new CDL-A drivers to improve safety and performance.
• Coordinate training schedules and ensure completion of training checklists.
• Support dispatch with coaching and safety best practices.
