Job summary

RODAL TECHNOLOGIES in El Paso, TX is seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our OTR Mentor Program. As a mentor, you’ll train the next generation of drivers while earning strong weekly pay.

The program pays around $2,000+ weekly plus miles-based earnings, plus training and productivity pay. Elite Mentor bonuses may apply as milestones are reached and program success is rewarded.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required.
• Minimum 3 months of driving experience.
• Experience mentoring or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentor trainee drivers during the program.
• Earn mentor pay based on miles driven.
• Train and assess trainee performance.

Job description

Experienced CDL-A drivers with 3 months experience can earn more while training the next generation of drivers with our OTR Mentor Program.

Mentor Pay

• You can earn around $2,000+ weekly.
• You get Paid on all miles the truck travels (Miles you driver + the miles the trainee driver drives)
• Additional $0.10 CPM training pay
• Additional $0.10 CPM productivity pay
• Additional bonuses available

Mentor Program

• Approximately 11 days out per trainee
• 1 day observation + 10 qualifying training days
• Trainee drives at least 5 hours per day
• Mentors work within a 14-hour clock

Additional Mentor Bonuses

• $500 after trainee completes 10,000 safe miles
• $300 after trainee completes 20,000 safe miles
• After training 6 students, become an Elite Mentor
• Elite Mentors earn $0.01 CPM on each student's miles during their first year
