Job summary

American Driver is hiring entry-level CDL-A drivers for hands-on training with brand-new equipment. You’ll start in a mentorship program, then drive your own truck after solo training, with guaranteed weekly pay during coaching and strong first-year earning potential.

Expect 3–5 week mentorship, 100% assigned trucks, and 24/7 support. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k), PTO, and bonuses for safety and inspections.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and 21+ years old
• Certificate from an accredited CDL school (120+ hours)
• Clean MVR and PSP on record

Responsibilities

• Complete a 3–5 week mentorship program with hands-on training.
• Operate 2024+ fleet equipment with safety features and employed instructors’ guidance
