Job summary

J Rose Enterprises in Tampa Bay area seeks an experienced CDL-A Driver Mentor to train new drivers and boost your earnings as you lead, coach, and supervise on the road.

You’ll be paid per mile on all miles, with a training multiplier and productivity bonus, plus milestone bonuses. The schedule features 11 days on the road and 2 days at home; must live within 90 miles of Tampa and be able to travel OTR. Priority dispatch and an organized online training checklist support mentoring success.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 3+ months of tractor-trailer experience.
• Must live within 90 miles of Tampa.
• Willingness to travel and work Over-the-Road (OTR).

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach new drivers on routes and safety.
• Lead training sessions and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Coordinate with dispatch for consistent loads and timely deliveries.
