Mentors earn around $2,000+ weekly, plus $0.10 CPM training and productivity pay, with opportunities for Elite Mentor bonuses after milestones. Paid miles include trainee miles and mentor miles.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required.
• 3 months experience required for mentoring program.

Responsibilities

• Mentor trainee drivers during the 11-day cycle.
• Train trainees to drive at least 5 hours per day.
• Adhere to the 14-hour clock while mentoring.
