Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• 3+ months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
• Live within 90 miles of Tampa.
• Willing to travel and work Over-the-Road (OTR).
• Professional demeanor and coaching mindset.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train new truck drivers in real-world routes.
• Coordinate with dispatch to maximize miles and training opportunities.
• Ensure safety standards are followed during training.
• Operate on an 11-days on the road, followed by 2 home days schedule.
