American Driver LLC in Upstate South Carolina is seeking new CDL graduates to start in an eastern OTR program. You’ll ride with a mentor, get paid training, then progress to solo runs with steady miles along the eastern states.

Expect home time every two weeks, a take-home assigned truck, and weekly pay. Earn from $1,200–$1,400 weekly ($62,400–$72,800 yearly), with mile-rate starting at $0.55/mile and rising to $0.65. Full benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL in your home state, 21 or older.
• New grad (120+ hours) or verifiable experience.
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years.
• DOT physical, hair and urine screen required.

Upstate South Carolina Class A drivers: eastern OTR miles, home every two weeks, and a paid start for new grads.

Just got your CDL and need someone to give you the first seat? This is it. You'll run with a mentor first, paid, then go solo at full mileage pay. The freight stays east, so you're not chasing loads across the country.

Earnings

• $1,200 to $1,400 a week, about $62,400 to $72,800 a year
• $0.55 a mile to start, up $0.01 a year to a $0.65 cap
• Around 2,500 miles a week
• $15 per stop after the first
• Weekly direct deposit

The week

OTR lanes across the eastern states, a mix of drop-and-hook and live freight. Out about two weeks, then home for your reset. Planned loads, day and night dispatch.

New grad path

• 120 school hours qualifies you

• Full solo rate when you finish

Your truck

Assigned, take-home, automatic or 10-speed, about 1.5 years old, 24/7 dispatch.
