Performance Foodservice is hiring a CDL-A Driver to deliver food and related products. You will operate tractor/trailer routes, ensure on-time delivery, and build customer relationships while following all safety and DOT regulations.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year of commercial driving experience, a High School Diploma/GED, and the ability to lift 60–90 pounds. Local and interstate routes may apply, with a 4–5 day work week and Saturday availability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1 year commercial driving experience required.
• Meet all state licensing/certification requirements where applicable.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Pass pre-employment drug test and FMCSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) on tractor/trailer and trailer per DOT regulations.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety guidelines; report hazards.
• Inspect and secure freight; verify paperwork and invoices.
• Unload damaged goods and returns; complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Maintain daily logs and comply with hours of service rules.
