Job summary

Advanced Recycling Technologies (ART) in Florida is seeking a knowledgeable, driven Driver to safely deliver and pick up materials across the state, including the Saint Petersburg area. You will coordinate with equipment operators and work in an outdoor industrial setting.

Key responsibilities include operating a dump truck safely, loading/unloading materials, performing daily inspections, and adhering to OSHA and company safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must hold a commercial Class A driver's license.
• Must have a clean driver's record.
• Prior experience operating dump trucks or heavy equipment.
• DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain one.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Subject to random drug/alcohol testing

Responsibilities

• Operate a dump truck safely to move materials from one facility to another as well as within the yard.
• Load, transport, and unload materials as directed
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines
• Maintain communication with supervisors and yard personnel
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Report mechanical issues or safety concerns immediately
