Job summary

NIS EXPRESS in Lincoln, NE is seeking CDL A drivers for a Midwest regional fleet that trains new CDL holders and gets you home weekly.

Expect about 2,000 miles per week with steady freight, a guaranteed first-month pay, and paid training with an experienced trainer. Benefits include health coverage after 30 days, a 401k with company match, PTO, and orientation pay.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL, 21+ years old.
• New drivers: proof of 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school.
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years.
• 2 moving violations or fewer in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5 years.
• Clean DUI/DWI history for 5 to 10 years, based on when you got your CDL.
• Able to pass a DOT physical plus hair and urine drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Operate as part of a Midwest regional fleet and be home weekly.
• Maintain about 2,000 miles per week with steady freight.
• Train with an experienced trainer during initial period.
• Adhere to safety regulations and DOT requirements.
