Job summary

NIS EXPRESS in Green Bay, WI is seeking regional CDL drivers for Midwest runs and weekly home time. You will train with an experienced driver and transition to solo operation after certification, with a strong pay package including a $1,400 average weekly gross and a monthly bonus.

The role features a Midwest dry van schedule, about 2,000 miles weekly, and a $1,000 guaranteed pay for the first 3 months after solo dispatch, plus benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
• New CDL holders: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school.
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years.
• Valid license in your state of residence and verifiable work history for past 3 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years; no major preventable accidents in 5 years; no DUI/DWI in 5–10 years.
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Midwest regional, dry van operation with about 2,000 miles per week.
• Home weekly with a 34 hour restart.
• Majority drop and hook.
• Trains with an experienced driver and goes solo after signing off.
• Estimated pay includes a $1,400 average weekly gross and a monthly performance bonus.

How It Works

• Train with an experienced driver, $850 a week
• Go solo in your own truck once you are signed off
