Job summary

Performance Food Group (New) is seeking a CDL-A Driver to join our Porter, IN team. You will operate tractor trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate routes, delivering food and related products to customers, while maintaining DOT compliance and safety standards.

Role includes a 4-day work week with night shifts (11pm–4am), a $10,000 sign-on bonus, uniforms, boot allowance, and competitive benefits starting Day 1.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of commercial driving experience
• Clear driving record and valid CDL-A license
• DOT Health Card current or able to secure one
• 21+ years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Drives tractor trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate routes to deliver food and related products safely and on time
• Communicates professionally with customers, vendors and co-workers
• Performs safety inspections and DOT-compliant checks
• Delivers and unloads customer orders according to schedule
• Verifies delivery with customers and collects signatures
• Follows DOT regulations and company safety policies
• Completes daily hours-of-service logs
