American Driver LLC in Florida is seeking drivers for preloaded freight with home time every two weeks and paid training. You’ll haul preloaded trailers, unload at stores, and earn pay plus extra for unloads and stops.

Training pays $650 per week; first 3 months solo guarantees $1,000+ per week, with solo earnings around $1,400 per week. Expect about 2,000 miles weekly, weekly direct deposit, and a path from orientation to solo with one-on-one mentorship.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with a Class A CDL
• New drivers: 120 hours from CDL school; or 6 months recent experience
• No DUI/DWI in last 10 years; up to 2 moving violations in last 2 years
• Pass DOT physical and drug tests

Responsibilities

Job description

Manatee County drivers: preloaded freight, about $1,400 a week, and paid training if you are new.

Your trailer is loaded before you get there. You haul it, you unload at the store, and you get paid extra for it.

What you earn

• $650 a week during training
• $1,000 a week guaranteed for your first 3 months solo

Your week

Dedicated Florida runs, preloaded trailers, hand unload at the stores. Home every two weeks. Day and night dispatch.

New CDL? Here is the path

• Call: we check your license and record with you first. No surprises later.
• Orientation: up to 2 days, hotel covered, bus fare reimbursed, $300 once hired.
• Training: 4 to 6 weeks one-on-one with a mentor, paid $650 a week.
• Solo: your own assigned truck, fleet average about 1.5 years old. For your first 3 months solo, your pay will not drop below $1,000 a week.

Nervous about your first driving job? Fair.

• "How often will I see home?" Every two weeks.
• "I am not good at backing yet." Nobody is on day one. You practice for weeks with a mentor beside you before you drive alone.
• "Does my CDL school count?" If it was 120 hours or more, yes.
• "Will one ticket disqualify me?" Not by itself. Up to 2 moving violations in the past 2 years is accepted.
• "What if my first solo weeks are slow?" You still get at least $1,000 a week for your first 3 months solo.

To qualify

You must be 21 or older with a Class A CDL. New drivers need at least 120 hours from a CDL school; otherwise, 6 months of recent experience. We accept up to 2 moving violations in the last 2 years and no DUI/DWI in the last 10. You will also pass a DOT physical and a hair and urine drug test.
