Job summary

Tulsa-area drivers are offered a brand-new CDL training program with paid training and weekly pay up to $1,800 per week once solo. The pathway includes 120 training hours, orientation, mentor support, and a guaranteed first weeks with $1,000 average weekly pay during the initial solo period.

Expect 1,800–2,400 miles per week, with benefits after 30 days and home every two to three weeks. This role emphasizes safety, learning, and steady progression to your own truck.

Qualifications

• New CDL grad with 120+ school hours, or 6 months of recent experience.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years.
• DOT physical and hair and urine drug screen.

Responsibilities

• OTR lanes east of Denver, with home every 2–3 weeks.
• Drop and hook, live loads and preloads, mentor guidance during training.
• Keep logs and plan trips with supervision during the mentorship period.
• Operate assigned truck safely once solo and maintain compliance.

Most carriers want a year of experience. Here, 120 hours of CDL school gets you in.

The money

• Paid $800 a week in training
• $1,000 a week guaranteed for your first 3 months solo
• $1,200 to $1,800 a week once solo
• 1,800 to 2,400 miles a week
• $15 stop pay

Your week

OTR lanes east of Denver, no Northeast. A mix of drop and hook, live loads and preloads. Out two to three weeks, then home.

From CDL school to your own truck

1. A recruiter calls you and reviews your CDL and driving record with you.
2. Orientation, 2 days at most. Hotel paid, one-way bus ticket reimbursed, $300 for orientation once hired.
3. 4 to 6 weeks with a mentor: backing, trip planning, logs and fueling. You are paid $800 a week.
4. Your own assigned truck, about 1.5 years old on average, automatic or 10-speed. For your first 3 months solo, your pay will not drop below $1,000 a week.

Straight answers for new drivers

• "How often will I see home?" Every two to three weeks.
• "I am not good at backing yet." Nobody is on day one. You practice for weeks with a mentor beside you before you drive alone.
• "Does my CDL school count?" If it was 120 hours or more, yes.
• "Do I pay for orientation?" No. Hotel covered, bus ticket reimbursed, and $300 once you are hired.
• "What if my first solo weeks are slow?" You still get at least $1,000 a week for your first 3 months solo.
