Job summary

Performance Food Group seeks an entry level Driver Trainee. CDL A license is required. Starting pay is $27.00/hr with a daily $325 guaranteed after training. Schedule is Monday–Friday with early mornings; drivers average 10–12 hour days.

Qualifications

• Entry-level driver trainee program with CDL A required.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years/ability to pass drug test.
• Must be 21+ and meet state licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete Entry Level Driver Trainee or Dock to Driver Training Program.
• Assist driver trainer with deliveries and routes.
• Perform pre/post trip safety checks and inspections.
• Drive to customer locations according to schedule and deliver orders.
• Unload and store products, verify items and collect signatures.
• Maintain paperwork accuracy and report safety issues.
