Job summary

Sysco Columbus is seeking an experienced Delivery Driver to safely transport product from the warehouse to customers, operating a tractor-trailer on assigned routes. You will unload, deliver according to customer invoices, and load procedures while maintaining equipment and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• 1 year of verifiable tractor trailer driving experience required.
• Valid Class A CDL and insurability to operate a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Unload product from trailer by hand or with a hand cart per spec and load procedures.
• Complete paperwork, logs, inspections, and invoices accurately and promptly.
• Maintain food safety and sanitary conditions in vehicle, trailer, and warehouse.
• Develop good relationships with customers through clear communication; perform other duties as assigned.
