Job summary

Sysco Columbus Team is seeking an experienced delivery driver to transport products from the warehouse to customers and unload per invoices and company standards.

Responsibilities include completing paperwork, maintaining safety and sanitation, and building good customer relationships. This role offers paid training, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for top earnings based on routes and performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1 year of tractor trailer driving experience preferred.
• Valid Class A CDL and insurability required.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, Hazmat guidelines, safe lifting and delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Unload products from trailer using hand cart or by hand according to customer specs and company standards.
• Complete all paperwork including DOT logs, inspections, maintenance reports, invoices and damages promptly.
• Maintain food safety and sanitary conditions in vehicle and warehouse; deliver to customers per invoices.
