Job summary

Sysco's Sygma Columbus team seeks a delivery driver to transport and unload products to customers, using tractor trailers and ensuring accurate delivery per invoices and company standards.

The position requires a high school diploma, 1 year of verifiable tractor trailer experience, and a valid Class A CDL. Compensation includes a comprehensive benefits package and a schedule that may include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED plus 1 year tractor trailer driving experience.
• 1 year of verifiable tractor trailer driving experience required.
• Food and/or beverage delivery experience is a plus.
• Valid Class A CDL is required and insurable.

Responsibilities

• Unload product from trailer by hand or hand cart according to customer specifications.
• Ensure all paperwork (logs, inspections, invoices, damages) is accurate and submitted timely.
• Maintain food safety and sanitary conditions in vehicle and warehouse.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with customers through courteous service and clear communication.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
