Job summary

McLane is hiring CDL-A Delivery Drivers to move products to customers nationwide. You’ll earn $65,400–$79,200, with Day 1 benefits and a strong 401(k) program, plus many optional coverages. Home time is emphasized as part of our driver-focused culture.

As a CDL-A Teammate you’ll inspect equipment, verify bills of lading, drive safely, maintain logs, and unload at customer locations. Join a 130+ year industry leader focused on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid CDL-A license.
• At least 1 year or 50,000 miles of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Must meet MVR and risk rating qualifications.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at work level.

Responsibilities

• Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report.
• Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off-hour delivery.
• Drive tractor-trailer to destination, applying knowledge of regulations and safe driving.
• Maintain driver logs according to DOT regulations.
• Unload trailer, delivering product into customer premises.
• Other duties as assigned.
