Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking a CDL-A driver to delivery and unload food products across intrastate and interstate routes. The role requires early starts (3AM–5AM), attention to safety, and professional interaction with customers to ensure on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• 12+ months commercial driving experience required.
• Valid CDL-A license with clean MVR.
• Must be 21+ years of age and able to pass state licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Performs safety checks including pre/post trip inspections per DOT regulations.
• Drives tractor trailer or straight truck to deliver and unload orders at customers.
• Ensures accurate delivery paperwork and gathers signatures and payments when required.
• Completes daily hours-of-service log and adheres to DOT requirements.
• Maintains clean and organized tractor, trailer, and loading areas.
