Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking CDL-A delivery drivers to service independent restaurants, healthcare facilities, schools and hotels. You will drive tractor-trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate routes, unload products, and maintain safety and DOT compliance.

A minimum of 6 months driving experience is typical, with a HS diploma and a valid CDL-A required. Position offers competitive pay, benefits from Day 1, and a $7,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid CDL-A license.
• DOT Health Card and ability to secure new DOT Health Card.
• Clean driving record (MVR) for past 3 years.
• Pass post-offer drug test and background check.
• 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and unload food and related products to customers on schedule.
• Inspect tractor/trailer and perform required safety checks per DOT regulations.
• Ensure accurate paperwork and signatures for deliveries.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors and co-workers.
