Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a CDL-A delivery driver to support intrastate and interstate routes. You will deliver and unload food-related products to customers, ensuring on-time arrivals and proper handling.

This role requires driving a tractor trailer or straight truck, adherence to DOT regulations, and excellent customer interaction. The position offers a daily minimum guarantee, a typical annual earnings potential around $77,000, and a schedule Monday–Friday with some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 6+ months commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL-A.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass road test.
• DOT Health Card current or able to secure one.

Responsibilities

• Communicates professionally with customers and co-workers.
• Drives tractor trailer or straight truck per DOT regulations.
• Performs safety inspections and maintains company safety standards.
• Delivers and unloads products to customers according to schedule.
• Obtains signatures and verifies delivery accuracy.
• Maintains required documentation and logs hours of service.
• Performs general housekeeping and secures equipment.
