McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a CDL-A Delivery Truck Driver to join our nationwide distribution network. You will inspect and drive tractor-trailers, maintain DOT-compliant logs, and deliver product to customer premises safely and on time.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old.
• Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A).
• At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Must meet McLane’s MVR and risk rating qualifications.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a functional level for safety and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report.
• Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off-hour delivery.
• Drive tractor-trailer to destination, applying knowledge of regulations and vehicle maneuvering.
• Maintain driver log according to DOT regulations and document deliveries.
• Unload trailer and deliver product to customer premises.
• Other duties as assigned.
