Job summary

PFG Customized is seeking CDL-A drivers for a mix of solo and team routes (1–4 day routes) across intrastate and interstate lanes. Weekly minimum pay starts at $1,450 with per diem when on route, based on a 4-day work week.

The role uses newer automatics, with ramp work and touch freight in a fast-paced food distribution environment. Position location at McKinney, TX, with comprehensive benefits starting Day 1, including health, stock purchases, 401K matching, education assistance, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid CDL-A license and clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Must be 21+ years old and able to pass DOT health requirements.
• Able to lift and move freight up to 90 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive tractor trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate routes.
• Deliver and unload food products to customers on time and in good condition.
• Perform pre/post trip safety inspections and report issues.
• Ensure proper loading, securing freight, and accurate paperwork.
• Obtain customer signatures and handle payments when required.
• Maintain hours-of-service logs per DOT and company policy.
• Follow DOT regulations and safe driving guidelines.
