Performance Food Group is hiring a CDL-A Driver to deliver food and related products to customers from McKinney, TX. The role involves solo and team routes with a 4-day work week and a weekly minimum pay of $1,450 including per diem when on route.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL-A license.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.
• DOT Health Card current or able to secure one.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors and co-workers.
• Drive tractor trailer or straight truck on intrastate, interstate, local, and OTR routes.
• Perform pre/post trip safety inspections per DOT regulations.
• Deliver and unload food products to customers in a safe and timely manner.
• Complete required paperwork and obtain customer signatures for deliveries.
• Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety policies at all times.
• Secure freight, keep trailers clean, and report any issues to supervision.
• Log hours of service daily as required by regulations.
