Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a CDL-A delivery driver to service our Texas operations. You will drive tractor/trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate routes, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain safe loading and unloading practices.

The role requires 1 year of commercial driving experience, clean MVR, ability to lift up to 90 pounds, and adherence to DOT regulations. Day 1 health benefits, 401K match, PTO, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 1 year commercial driving experience.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Meets PFG MVR requirements for past 3 years
• Pass pre-employment drug test
• Read/write/communicate in English

Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks per DOT regulations.
• Inspect trailer and verify loads and paperwork.
• Maintain DOT hours-of-service records.
• Load/unload freight and secure cargo.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies.
• Interact professionally with customers and vendors.
