Schneider National is seeking drivers to haul parts in liftgate trailers with 100% hand unloads using pallet jacks. You will perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs, handling about 5 loads weekly with 1–5 stop-offs per route.

The role requires a valid CDL Class A, night driving, and a doubles/triples endorsement. Home proximity within 50 miles of Charlotte, NC, is expected. Great benefits and pay accompany this position.

Overview

• Regularly perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs.


• 5 loads per week with 1-5 stop-offs per load.


• Drive within AL, FL, GA, NC, SC and TN.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.


• Earn at least $1,200 in weekly guarantee pay.


• Weekly performance pay.


• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.


• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.


• Paid orientation.


• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.


• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver'sLicense (CDL).


• Drivers on this account are required to drive at night.


• Doubles/Triples endorsement required at time of hire.


• Live within 50 miles of Charlotte, NC.
