Job summary

Schneider National in North Carolina seeks a CDL-A driver for liftgate trailer routes. You will haul parts, hand-unload with pallet jack, and back into tight spaces at night. Expect 5 loads per week across multiple stops, staying within the southeastern U.S. network.

This role features consistent weekly pay, a $7,500 or $5,000 sign-on bonus depending on experience, orientation pay, benefits, and a generous retirement plan. Experience and location near Charlotte preferred.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.


• Earn at least $1,200 in weekly guarantee pay.


• Weekly performance pay.


• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.


• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.


• Paid orientation.


• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.


• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
