Schneider National is hiring a dedicated driver to haul parts in liftgate trailers on night schedules, performing 100% manual unloads with pallet jacks and executing complex backs. The role covers routes across AL, FL, GA, NC, SC and TN, with 5 loads weekly and multiple stops per load.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,200 in weekly guarantee pay.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
