Schneider National is seeking drivers for a dedicated lane with liftgate trailers. You will hand unload with pallet jacks and handle complex backing maneuvers on a mostly night-shift schedule across the Southeast region.

Expect mileage pay plus hourly pay on duty with a weekly guarantee and potential bonuses. Paid orientation, time off after six months, and comprehensive benefits are offered to qualified drivers.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,200 in weekly guarantee pay.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
