Schneider National in Plano, TX is hiring a dedicated driver to haul Daimler/Freightliner parts on liftgate trailers. Expect 100% hand unloads with pallet jacks, slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs, 5 loads per week with 4 stop-offs, and routes within OK and TX.

Night shifts are required. We offer weekly performance pay, sign-on bonuses, paid orientation, PTO after 6 months plus holiday pay, and a generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision and 401(k) match.

Pay and bonus potential

• Hourly pay.

• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.


• $2,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.


• Paid orientation.


• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.


• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
