Schneider National is seeking truck drivers for dedicated routes in the Western region, based near San Bernardino, CA. This role involves hauling sporting goods with dry van trailers, 100% no-touch freight, and occasional drop-and-hook operations.

You will operate within the Western 11 states, perform slow-speed maneuvers, and handle 1–4 loads weekly with 1–3 stops per load, on average.

Overview

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
