Job summary

Schneider National in the United States (CA region) is hiring a dedicated CDL-A driver to haul sporting goods in dry van trailers. This role involves 1-4 loads per week with 1-3 stops per load, 100% no-touch freight, and back maneuvers that require precision in the Western 11 states.

You will earn mileage pay plus hourly pay when on duty, with a $1,000 weekly guarantee during the first 90 days and generous sign-on bonuses.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.

• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
