Job summary

Schneider National is seeking CDL A drivers for dedicated Schneider Dedicated routes in California. You will haul sporting goods to retail stores using dry van trailers, with 100% no-touch freight and significant drop-and-hook efficiency. Night driving is required, and routes stay within the Western 11 states.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
