Job summary

Schneider National's Dedicated driving team in California seeks experienced CDL A drivers to haul sporting goods with dry van trailers. This 100% no-touch operation offers 2–4 loads weekly, 1–3 stops per load, and night shifts across the Western states.

You’ll earn mileage pay plus hourly pay while on duty, with a $1,000 weekly guarantee during the first 90 days, weekly performance pay, and signing bonuses up to $7,500 (experienced) or $5,000 (inexperienced).

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Night driving is mandatory for this account.
• Candidates must live within 75 miles of San Bernardino, CA.

• Haul sporting goods to and from retail stores using dry van trailers (no-touch freight).
• Operate 2–4 loads per week with 1–3 stop-offs per load.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.

• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.

• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
