Job summary

Schneider National is hiring CDL Class A drivers to haul sporting goods to and from retail stores with 100% no-touch freight and 50% drop-and-hook. Routes cover the Western 11 states and night driving is required. You’ll handle 2–4 loads weekly with 1–3 stops per load and consistent home time. Compensation includes mileage pay plus on‑duty hourly pay, a $1,000 weekly guarantee for 90 days, sign‑on bonuses, paid orientation, PTO after 6 months, and up to 2% annual bonus.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
