Job summary

Schneider National is seeking CDL‑licensed drivers for dedicated routes. You will haul 100% no-touch freight with reefer and dry van trailers, handling 7–8 loads per week with occasional stops, and driving within IA, IL, IN, and WI.

This position emphasizes reliable home time and benefits from a strong driver support network. Earn a weekly guarantee of at least $1,000 during your first 90 days, plus performance pay and a sign‑on bonus paid over 12 months.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.

• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
