Schneider National is seeking drivers for dedicated routes in the Northeast. This role focuses on hauling with specialty trailers, featuring 100% no-touch freight and significant drop-and-hook work, averaging about 14 loads per week across CT, NY and RI.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications
