Job summary

Schneider National is seeking a dedicated driver for a Schneider Dedicated route serving CT, NY and RI with 100% no-touch freight and 50% drop-and-hook. Expect about 14 loads per week, driving within CT/NY/RI, and a strong total-pay package including mileage, load pay, weekly performance pay, sign-on bonus, orientation, PTO and annual bonus opportunities.

Overview

• Haul freight using specialty trailers.
• 100% no-touch and 50% drop-and-hook freight.
• 14 loads per week.
• Drive within CT, NY and RI.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications
