Job summary

Schneider National is seeking dedicated drivers for Schneider Dedicated driving in the United States. You will haul store merchandise in dry van trailers and unload manually using gravity rollers, performing slow-speed maneuvers and backs as required.

The role offers a mix of mileage and hourly pay on duty, with a weekly guarantee of at least $1,000 during the first 90 days, plus sign-on bonuses and a benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage and a 401(k) plan.

• Live within 100 miles of Warrensburg, MO.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
