Schneider National is seeking professional truck drivers to haul retail merchandise in dry van trailers on a dedicated schedule. This role involves 13 loads per week across CT, MA, NH, NY and PA, with no NYC routes.

You will receive mileage pay plus on-duty hourly pay, a sign-on bonus, paid orientation, PTO after 6 months, and a yearly bonus up to 2% of gross pay, reflecting Schneider's driver-focused benefits.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.

• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
