Schneider National is seeking drivers for team-dedicated routes hauling dry van trailers with auto parts. Drivers operate with 100% no-touch and a high rate of drop-and-hook freight across AZ, CA, NV and OR, typically 7–10 loads per week.

Overview

• Dry van trailer hauling auto parts.
• 100% no-touch and 95% drop-and-hook freight.
• 7-10 loads per week.
• Drive within AZ, CA, NV and OR.
• Take your dog or cat on the road with our Team Pet Policy.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Live within 100 miles of Phoenix, AZ.
