Job summary

Schneider National in Phoenix, AZ seeks experienced CDL-A truck drivers for its Team Dedicated fleet. You’ll haul dry van freight with 100% no-touch loads and operate across AZ, CA, NV and OR, 7–10 loads weekly while enjoying a family-friendly pay package.

Expect weekly pay, a $1,000 guaranteed weekly during the first 90 days, and generous sign-on bonuses paid over 12 months. Benefits include insurance, 401(k) with company match, and referral programs.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
