CDL-A Regional Dedicated Driver

If you live in our hiring area and want to get away from unpredictable OTR runs that keep you out for weeks, we have an open spot on a dedicated regional route. This is a highly physical, high-stamina job, but the weekly paycheck reflects the work you put in. You get to run a regular loop and get back home every single week.

The Pay & The Work Structure

Weekly Money: Drivers on this run average between $1,600 and $1,900 gross every week.

Weekly Distance: You'll be logging about 1,000 miles a week on average.

The Labor: This is a heavy physical job. You must be completely fine handling manual trailer unloads of over 5,000 pieces per load and able to lift 50 to 75 lbs safely.

Home Time & Schedule

Getting Home: You are guaranteed to get home once a week for a full 34-hour restart.

The Shifts: This account runs around the clock. You need to be flexible enough to drive both day and night, and you'll be doing a lot of night driving and tight, technical backing.

Weekends & Holidays: Expect to work weekends as part of your normal schedule. The upside is you are guaranteed to be off with zero deliveries on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Other holidays just depend on when they fall.

What It Takes to Get Hired

Age & License: You need to be at least 21 years old and have a valid Class A CDL.

Experience Tiers

Trainees: We welcome entry-level drivers with 0 months of experience, as long as you already have your CDL-A.

Experienced: You need at least 6 months of OTR in the last year, or 12 months of OTR in the past 5 years. We fully count local Class A tractor‑trailer work toward this.

Background Check

No more than 4 driving jobs in the last 12 months, and your record needs to be clear of any major preventable accidents (like a rollover or jackknife) for the past 5 years.

Screening

You must pass a new DOT physical exam along with a mandatory hair and urine drug test.
