Regional CDL-A Dedicated Driver — Mid-South Region

If you are ready to trade unpredictable OTR schedules for a consistent regional route, we have an immediate opening on a dedicated dry van run. This is a high-stamina, physically demanding position, but it rewards your hard work with a heavy, reliable paycheck and guaranteed weekly home time.

Pay & Benefits

• Average Weekly Earnings: Most drivers on this run gross between $1,600 and $1,900 every single week.
• Unload Pay: Earn a $200 flat rate for every full unload.
• Stop Pay: Earn $25 per stop on your route.
• Short-Haul Premium: Receive an extra $40 for any short runs under 100 miles.
• Availability Bonus: Boost your income with an extra $100 weekly bonus. To qualify, you must remain available to run 5 days a week, maintain on-time delivery (OTD), and have zero service failures or accidents.
• Safety Incentives: Additional safety bonuses are available for eligible drivers.

Route, Schedule & Home Time

• Home Time: Guaranteed home once a week for a full 34-hour restart.
• Weekly Mileage: Average a highly consistent and predictable 1,000 miles per week on this dedicated lane.
• The Shift: This account runs around the clock, meaning you need the flexibility to run both day and night operations depending on dispatch needs. Expect a heavy amount of night driving and tight, technical backing.
• The Freight: Dedicated retail dry van freight.
• The Labor: This is a heavy physical run. You must be comfortable handling manual trailer unloads of over 5,000 pieces per load and able to lift 50 to 75 lbs safely.
• Weekends & Holidays: Weekend work is standard on this account. However, you are guaranteed to be off with zero deliveries on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day, while other holiday expectations depend on customer shipping schedules.

Requirements to Qualify

• Hiring Radius: Must live within 50 miles of the target hiring areas (Zip Codes: 386, 543, 701, 172, or 401). Drivers living within 100 miles of the main regional hub are also considered.
• Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience Tiers:
  • Trainees: Fully welcome! We accept entry-level drivers with 0 months of experience, as long as you already hold a valid CDL-A.
  • Experienced: Requires at least 6 months of verifiable Class A experience within the last year, or 12 months in the last 5 years. Local tractor-trailer experience is fully considered toward this requirement.
  • Note: Team operations are closed on this specific fleet.
• Credentials: Valid Class A CDL and a current DOT Medical Card. No specialized endorsements are required.
• Owner-Operators: Position is open to both company drivers and owner-operators.
• Background Check: No more than 4 driving jobs in the last 12 months. Your record must be clear of any major preventable accidents (such as rolovers or jackknifes) for the past 5 years.
• Screening: Must pass a mandatory hair and urine drug screen alongside a new DOT physical.
• Not SAP Friendly.
