Position Payouts & Performance Metrics

Home Time, Rosters & Balance

Reliable Home Time: Consistent regional scheduling ensuring you get home once a week for a full 34‑hour restart.

Operational Windows: Flexibility to navigate both day and night dispatch windows as required, with heavy night driving and tight, technical backing spaces.

Holidays & Weekends: Weekend work is part of the standard rotation. However, you get a clean break with zero deliveries on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day (other calendar holidays vary).

Pre‑Qualifications

License & Age: Must hold a valid Class A CDL in your current state of residence and be at least 21 years old.

Experience Tracks:

Trainees: 0 months experience required (provided you already hold a valid Class A CDL).

Experienced: Requires a minimum of 6 months OTR within the past year, or 12 months within the last 5 years. (Local Class A commercial hauling is fully evaluated and considered).

Physical Demands

Highly physical, high‑stamina operational profile. You must be fully capable of handling 5,000+ piece manual trailer unloads and safely lifting 50–75 lbs. A brand‑new DOT physical is mandatory.

Safety & Background Screens

Must pass a mandatory hair and urine drug screen. Clean overall driving profile with no major preventable accidents (such as jackknifes or rollovers) within the last 5 years. Maximum of 4 driving positions within the trailing 12 months.
