Job summary

Schneider National is seeking dedicated drivers to haul reefer and dry van freight to Costco stores. Expect 100% no-touch freight, with 50% drop-and-hook and regular slow-speed maneuvers and backs.

Typical work involves 3-4 loads per week with 1-2 stops per load, driving in IA, KS, MN, MO, ND, NE and SD. Compensation includes mileage pay plus hourly pay while on duty (not driving), weekly guaranteed pay during the first 90 days, weekly performance pay, and generous sign-on bonuses paid over 12

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Drivers on this account are required to drive at night.
• Live within 100 miles of Council Bluffs, IA.
