Job summary

Schneider National is seeking qualified CDL A drivers for dedicated hauling to Costco stores across the Midwest from Iowa. This role features no-touch freight, backhauls, and regular complex backing maneuvers, with 3–4 loads weekly and 1–2 stops per load.

You will drive within IA, KS, MN, MO, ND, NE and SD, receive mileage pay plus on-duty hourly pay, weekly guarantees, and generous sign-on options for experienced or inexperienced drivers.

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Live within 100 miles of Des Moines, IA.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
