Job summary

Schneider National is seeking CDL drivers for dedicated night routes delivering reefer and dry van freight to Costco stores across the central U.S. with backhauls. Expect 100% no-touch, 50% drop-and hook, and 3–4 loads per week with 1–2 stops per load.

Drivers earn mileage pay plus hourly when on duty, plus weekly guarantees in ramp-up and annual bonus potential. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Driver must be able to drive at night.
• Live within 100 miles of Council Bluffs, IA.

Overview

• Drive within IA, KS, MN, MO, ND, NE and SD.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
